And while tropical getaways and summer camp experiences are the focus of this pack, it's also bringing back imaginary friends from The Sims 3. You can see one of the imaginary friends in the first trailer for Adventure Awaits, as well as an extended glimpse at your Sims vacation options. Adventure Awaits doesn't just cater to adult sims. Child sims are also given the chance to have formative moments as they discover archery, diving, papercraft, and other camp activities. As for the imaginary friends, they will appear as four different dolls with a handful of personality types: Goofball, creative, competitive, and evil. Matthew Macfadyen, perhaps best known for his work on HBO's Succession, is in talks to join the cast of Deadpool 3 alongside Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, and Emma Corrin. Deadline was first to report.

Macfadyen's role has not been revealed, but the character was described as a "third wheel" to Deadpool and Wolverine. The film will be the first R-rated entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and will be produced by Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige.

Deadpool 3 is directed by Shawn Levy and written by Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese, who previously worked on the first two Deadpool movies. Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin wrote an earlier draft of the script. Disney has scheduled the film for release on November 8, 2024.
