So much so that as of today, new orders for Steam Controller won't be fulfilled by Valve until 2027 at the earliest. Valve shared the news on its site , where it noted that it has "no plans to stop making Steam Controller." But the company also stated that the response to the controller has "exceeded our expectations." In the interest of clarity, Valve will now provide customers with three estimated delivery windows for Steam Controller based on when they placed their orders: September 2026, December 2026, and a vague 2027 that came with a promise for more specific info down the line. With a Gran Turismo film adaptation hitting theaters on August 11, now is a great time to strap in and put the pedal to the metal in some of the most glorious cars to ever roll out of a factory.

In GameSpot's Gran Turismo 7 review, Alex Goy scored it 8/10. He said, "Gran Turismo 7 isn't a departure, but rather a newer, shinier GT game. Its physics model is accurate, and while the racing can be formulaic it's always a giggle. The attempt at humanity is a bit cringe, the lack of up-to-date cars seems like an open goal missed, and the game may not have changed drastically, but that's not the worst thing in the world. There are medals to claim, cars to collect, and people on the internet to embarrass around Goodwood, the 'Ring, or, well, anywhere really. PlayStation petrolheads are in for a good time."
