And by "play as Godzilla," I mean you will be taller than the tallest building in Seaport City, and will have the ability to crush every building and build on the map by stepping on it or firing off Godzilla's laser breath. First revealed during PlayStation's September 2022 State of Play, Tekken 8 does not yet have a release date. Since then, Bandai Namco has regularly dropped character trailers for the game and early builds of the game have been made available for press and at special events as work continues on the new Iron Fist sequel.
