We're just one week away from the theatrical release of TMNT: Mutant Mayhem, the first animated Turtles movie in almost 20 years. Fans were treated to an exclusive first look at this year's Comic-Con where at the panel, 20 minutes were shown. The footage explained their origin, their first meeting with April O'Neil (Ayo Edebiri), and how they met Superfly (Ice Cube).

Paramount has released a short clip with the Turtles meeting Superfly as he tells them it was his father Baxter Stockman (Giancarlo Esposito) who dumped the mysterious and powerful ooze down the sewer, creating both himself and the brothers. He even jokingly said they're kind of like cousins.

At the end of the clip, Superfly says the Turtles now have a "bunch" of cousins with some of their most famous rogues in their gallery in the background ready to be introduced. It had been theorized that Baxter Stockman was actually Superfly under an actual codename instead of just his Stockmanfly persona.
