How To Play As Godzilla In Fortnite https://ift.tt/V0rndRA Fortnite 's collaboration with the Legendary Pictures' MonsterVerse has brought Godzilla and King Kong skins to Fortnite, but this event isn't just about cosmetics--it's also adding the chance that one player each round of battle royale will get to play as Godzilla. And by "play as Godzilla," I mean you will be taller than the tallest building in Seaport City, and will have the ability to crush every building and build on the map by stepping on it or firing off Godzilla's laser breath. It's similar to how the playable Doctor Doom worked during Chapter 5 Season 4, except you'll be even taller than the giant Doom was. But the way this works can be a little bit confusing the first few times you encounter it--while there have been past Fortnite events that were in a similar vein to this Godzilla event, the way it actually functions is all new. We're just one week away from the theatrical release of TMNT: Mutant Mayhem, the first animated Turtles movie in almost 20 years. Fans were treated to an exclusive first look at this year's Comic-Con where at the panel, 20 minutes were shown. The footage explained their origin, their first meeting with April O'Neil (Ayo Edebiri), and how they met Superfly (Ice Cube).

Paramount has released a short clip with the Turtles meeting Superfly as he tells them it was his father Baxter Stockman (Giancarlo Esposito) who dumped the mysterious and powerful ooze down the sewer, creating both himself and the brothers. He even jokingly said they're kind of like cousins.

At the end of the clip, Superfly says the Turtles now have a "bunch" of cousins with some of their most famous rogues in their gallery in the background ready to be introduced. It had been theorized that Baxter Stockman was actually Superfly under an actual codename instead of just his Stockmanfly persona.
