Games You Only Need One Copy Of To Play With Others

Games You Only Need One Copy Of To Play With Others https://ift.tt/VjqflAv Gaming has never been more expensive. We're here to investigate why, and help you play more while spending less. Welcome to GameSpot Cheap Week . Fewer and fewer games emphasize couch co-op these days, as we've moved to an increasingly online world that often assumes if you're playing video games with your friend, you're doing it in two different locations over the internet. That's all well and good, but it also means that in most cases, you and your friend both need to own a copy of a game in order to play it together. Yes, most of the time this is true, but a number of games have released over the last several years that support cooperative play without everyone needing to own a copy. What We Want To See At The Game Awards 2023 | Spot On

What We Want To See At The Game Awards 2023 | Spot On https://ift.tt/AQbBqPC

It's the most wonderful time of the year: Game Awards season! With less than a week until our favorite developers hit Los Angeles to accept their accolades, it's officially time to brace ourselves for some pretty big announcements from a variety of studios and publishers--as well as a few surprises from The Game Awards host and producer Geoff Keighley, of course.

This week on Spot On, Tam and Lucy discuss what they hope to see from the show. These wishes include big announcements from Xbox (such as a potential release date for Hellblade 2), a glimpse at Wonder Woman, and an update on Beyond Good and Evil 2. The two also discuss whether or not we'll see more about Elden Ring's upcoming DLC, and if we should expect an appearance from Hideo Kojima and Death Stranding 2. But remember: Keep those expectations in check, gamers.

Spot On is a weekly news show airing Fridays in which GameSpot's managing editor Tamoor Hussain and senior producer Lucy James talk about the latest news in games. Given the highly dynamic and never-ending news cycle of the massive video game industry, there's always something to talk about but, unlike most other news shows, Spot On will dive deep into a single topic as opposed to recapping all the news. Spot On airs each Friday.
