One of your first major quests outside of Sainte-Anne in Skull and Bones takes place with the Sea People. This clan is an ally of Scurlock's and you're sent to them to deliver some weapon caches. Once you get to their settlement, though, you can take on another quest, which is to find and recover the lost Sea People Relic.

Following the Sea People Relic treasure map

After you accept the quest to find the Sea People Relic, called "Relics of the Past," make sure you track it in your quest log.
