Zero Parades: For Dead Spies Review - Cascading Choices

Zero Parades: For Dead Spies Review - Cascading Choices https://ift.tt/plIk1f4 Following up a game as lauded as Disco Elysium would be an unenviable task for any developer, but especially one as fractured as ZA/UM. With many of the key creative minds behind the detective RPG separated from the studio following an ugly, and very public, legal dispute, it's up to those left behind to pick up the pieces. That's a lot of baggage to carry going into a brand-new, albeit familiar, game, so it's not surprising how ZA/UM has tried to distance itself from too many comparisons with its previous hit. As a spy thriller, Zero Parades: For Dead Spies largely strikes a different tone than Disco Elysium. Aspects of it are still inescapably familiar, however, and it's this looming shadow--and sense of imitation--that prevents it from matching the same highs as its spiritual predecessor. Yet there are also enough fresh ideas for it to stand on its own two feet, even if its footing is slig...

Stellar Blade - Xion Math Puzzle Solutions https://ift.tt/tRWHxzm

Stellar Blade has a few mysteries that you have to uncover. One, in particular, has an individual who wants you to play a little game. Here's our guide on how to solve the Xion math puzzles in Stellar Blade.

How to solve Xion math puzzles in Stellar Blade

The Xion math puzzles in Stellar Blade consist of two side quests, both of which are obtained from the bulletin board:

  • Simple Puzzle - Becomes available after first meeting Orcal in Xion.
  • Wisdom Puzzle - Becomes available after finishing the main objectives in Wasteland - Altess Levoire and chatting with Orcal.

These puzzles involve sets of numbers and symbols, each presenting a rather irregular equation. If you find the correct answer, you can input this code in the green terminal near the lift that takes you to the Presence Chamber.

Puzzle #1: Simple Puzzle clue

This Xion math puzzle in Stellar Blade has the following clues:

  • 4@7@8 = 285684
  • 9@3@5 = 271542
  • 6@2@7 = 121426
  • 5@6@7 = ?

Simple Puzzle solution

The Simple Puzzle is solved thusly:

  • Multiply the first and second digits.
  • Multiply the second and third digits.
  • Add the two results.

We have:

  • 5 x 6 = 30
  • 6 x 7 = 42
  • 30 + 42 = 72

Therefore, the solution is: 3-0-4-2-7-2.

Puzzle #2: Wisdom Puzzle

The Wisdom Puzzle is a bit trickier than the previous one:

  • 37#21 = 928
  • 77#44 = 3993
  • 123#17 = 14840
  • 71#6 = ?

Wisdom Puzzle solution

To solve this brain teaser, we need to take note of the following:

  • The sum of the two numbers.
  • The difference of the two numbers.
  • Multiply the two results.

We have 71#6, which means:

  • 71 + 6 = 77
  • 71 - 6 = 65
  • 77 x 65 = 5,005.

Therefore, the solution is: 5-0-0-5.
