Sorry, You’re (Probably) Never Going To Get Another Need For Speed Game https://ift.tt/EcXFl6B As Criterion focuses on Battlefield moving forward, Battlefield Studios Europe's vice president and general manager, Rebecka Coutaz, has confirmed that the Need for Speed and Burnout franchises are not the focus of the company anymore. "We're not here to talk about the past," she said during a celebration of Criterion's 30th anniversary (via IGN ). When directly asked whether the studio is focusing on any other projects, Coutaz said, "We are solely focused on Battlefield." Criterion took over developing the Need for Speed games beginning with 2010's Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, a reboot of 1998's Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit. It was also responsible for Need for Speed Rivals and 2022's Need for Speed Unbound. Fortnite servers are down for routine maintenance, but soon, they'll be back up and ready for players to invade the game by the millions in Chapter 5 Season 4.

After a polarizing season of vehicular combat and those awesome Nitro Fists, Fortnite's Wrecked season has come to a close, and the new season, Absolute Doom, is imminent. But, for the moment, we're stuck in limbo with Fortnite offline while Epic Games deploys the season update. This is standard procedure--we get at least a few hours of downtime before each new season. It's just a matter of time now.

Fortnite servers down - When does Chapter 5 Season 4 start?

When Fortnite's servers come back up, it'll usher in a new Marvel season--its first since 2020--complete with a battle pass full of Marvel icons, new map locations based on the comic book titan's decades of lore, and lots of new weapons.
