Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii will see an amnesiac Majima reinvent himself as a pirate captain searching for a legendary treasure, an adventure that will see him cross swords with Hawaiian pirate gangs. The first trailer doesn't show much in terms of gameplay, but it does give a good look at Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii's cast, the actors voicing them, and a release date of February 28, 2025. During the RGG Summit, producer Ryosuke Horii explained that the spin-off has a "very different" battle design when compared to the recent mainline games that use a turn-based RPG game. Star Wars Outlaws has arrived, unofficially kicking off this year's busy autumn and holiday gaming season. As a major studio's semi-open-world action-adventure Star Wars game, it's likely going to be a big deal, even as early opinions are somewhat mixed on Massive Entertainment's post-Division effort. In this guide, we'll explain how long it takes to beat Star Wars Outlaws, giving multiple estimates to cover different play styles, while also highlighting the full mission list for the game's critical path.

How long is Star Wars Outlaws?

Kay Vess' story sees her exploring multiple planets across the Star Wars universe, and in typical Ubisoft fashion, there's a lot to see whether you're on or off the main mission path. Still, for the type of player only in it for the main storyline, Star Wars Outlaws will take roughly 12-15 hours. But there's a lot more to see for more dedicated players.

For a player who wants to beat the main game and see some or much of the side content but doesn't intend to see it all to 100% completion, a playthrough will take more like 16-25 hours. Lastly, for the most dedicated Star Wars fans wanting to scrub the game's four major planets of all its map markers, gambling minigames, and morally dubious characters offering you rewards for some questionable deeds, a 100% playthrough will take 25-40 hours.
