Sony has announced that it is pushing out the PS5's latest system software update, version 25.02-11.00.00, in a phased release starting today.
As part of this update, players will have their activity details fully displayed now but potential spoilers will still be hidden. Additionally, Unicode 16.0 emojis are now supports and players can use them in their messages.
The update brings new changes to the PS5’s parental restriction settings as well. When they are set to "Late Teens or Older," the "Communication and User-Generated Content" function will now default to "Restrict." Those who already have set their levels to "Late Teens or Older" will not have their previous settings affected, and it will still show "Customize" rather than "Restrict."
