• You can summon him for The Reborn/Dragon Emperor boss fight using the Bone Whistle.
• Defeating the Dragon Emperor spawns you in the Bo Capital region. Explore it and defeat the Feathery Ambition final boss.

The Ring of Samsara - Rebirth
