Ghost Of Tsushima Anime Taps Star Wars: Visions Talent For Its 2028 Release https://ift.tt/dpM3eGH The upcoming anime adaptation of Sony's Ghost of Tsushima just took another big step forward, with Crunchyroll revealing more details on the cast and crew attached to the project, as well as a 2028 release window. While details are still light on what the story will be,  Hayate Inc . did confirm that actors Mayumi Saco and Shinya Fukumatsu will voice characters. Saco had previously voiced Tomoe in Ghost of Tsushima, a master archer and pupil of the renowned Sensei Ishikawa, while Fukumatsu lent his vocal talents to One-Punch Man, playing the martial arts master Bomb. Later this month, Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is going to mash-up aspects of the iconic hero's comic book, TV, and movie incarnations into a single story. Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy is also heavily referenced in the game, including a callback to the first film by Michael Caine, the actor who portrayed Alfred Pennyworth.

In 2024, Caine shared a Tweet that quoted Alfred's line from Batman Begins: "Why do we fall, sir? So we can learn to pick ourselves up." However, Caine mistakenly typed "Batman Begin" as the name of his film, and inadvertently created a meme. Both the quote and the typo have been retained for Legacy of the Dark Knight in a line spoken by Alfred himself.

DC comic book artist Marcelo Millicay was among the first to notice the in-game Easter egg for Caine's now-famous typo. Part of the game's story will actually explore Batman Begins' version of Bruce Wayne's origin, in which he was trained by the League of Shadows before ultimately rejecting their ways and becoming Batman.
