Sony To Pay Out Nearly $8 Million In Class-Action Settlement Over Game Prices https://ift.tt/mZvwBR8 Sony is set to pay out nearly $8 million to PlayStation customers as part of a settlement regarding digital game prices. The settlement ( via IGN ) comes after Sony's motion to dismiss the lawsuit was denied, and settlement class members across a more-than-four-year period are potentially eligible for a payment. The lawsuit, originally filed back in 2024 , alleged that Sony established a monopoly over PlayStation Store prices by making publishers "cede control over the final price to Sony" and that Sony "eliminated the last vestiges of price competition when it stopped allowing outside retailers to sell digital download codes that could be redeemed on the PlayStation Store." Sony is not agreeing to wrongdoing as part of the settlement, and will be avoiding a civil trial if the terms are agreed upon by the court. Once that happens, the claims against Son...

Involving a special enemy and two short-ish puzzles, the Destiny 2 The City and the Mystery Triumph is a great excuse to get out to the street and experience the city, while also getting a few chests for your time. How to complete The City and the Mystery Triumph in Destiny 2: Lightfall

The City and the Mystery involves three different tasks across Neomuna. It's important to note that the locations can vary, as all three happen to be random spawns. I was able to tackle them in Liming Harbor, but I repeated the second one in Zephyr Concourse.
