Dune 3 May Be Coming Out In 2026, Next Monsterverse Movie Gets 2027 Release Date https://ift.tt/UZ6tOmM Although nothing has been officially confirmed, it's starting to look like Denis Villeneuve's Dune 3 may hit the big screen in December of 2026, and a new MonsterVerse movie is being slated for 2027. Thanks to a Deadline report , we know that Warner Bros and Legendary Entertainment are securing a December 2026 date for Villeneuve in hopes that it'll be for Dune 3. But it's worth mentioning that Villeneuve is still working on the script and locking in talent for the series' third installment. That being said, Villeneuve has previously said that Dune 3 would be his last film in the series. This isn't the only upcoming collaboration between the director and the film company; Villeneuve will also partner with Legendary Entertainment on Nuclear War: A Scenario, which is based on a book detailing what would happen if a nuclear war were to break out. Since 2020, Thatgamecompany's collaborative exploration game Sky: Children of the Light has celebrated Days of Nature, an annual nature-themed event to benefit an environmental charity. This year's event has just started, benefiting The Ocean Cleanup with a focus on the issue of fishing waste.

Days of Nature, which will run this year between April 20 and May 7, encourages players to experience a story quest that this year will involve helping a light creature who has been impacted by ocean waste. Previous events have also included in-game quests that have encouraged players to help clean up their environment, or to help creatures in need of aid.

The event also offers multiple new items players can buy to contribute to the charity, including a seashell that plays ocean sounds, and a pair of sunglasses that will be wearable in game. Players will also be able to buy items from previous Days of Nature that they missed out on.
