And by "play as Godzilla," I mean you will be taller than the tallest building in Seaport City, and will have the ability to crush every building and build on the map by stepping on it or firing off Godzilla's laser breath. It's similar to how the playable Doctor Doom worked during Chapter 5 Season 4, except you'll be even taller than the giant Doom was. Warner Bros. has revealed a series of released dates for its upcoming movies. Due to the reveal, we know the Minecraft movie starring Jason Momoa will hit theaters on April 4, 2025.

It was previously reported that the upcoming Minecraft movie will be directed by Jared Hess, who's worked on films such as Napoleon Dynamite, Nacho Libre, and Gentlemen Broncos. Not much is known about the Minecraft movie other than it will be a live-action adaption of the game.

Thanks to a Deadline report, we know that Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom will come out on December 20, five days earlier than its original release date. Coincidentally, this new date falls on the same day as the Ghostbusters sequel is slated to hit theaters. The Color Purple, directed by Blitz Bazawule, will take Aquaman's original release date of Christmas day.
