Once again starring Tom Holland as the webhead, Spider-Man: Brand New Day earned the biggest opening of the year so far--and by a comfortable margin when compared to other 2026 blockbusters like The Super Mario Galaxy Movie . In the US, it opened in 4,487 theaters.
