In the US, PlayStation fans will have another chance to buy the 30th Anniversary DualSense Controller for PS5 starting July 21 at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET at PlayStation Direct. Controllers purchased during this restock are considered preorders with a release date of September 9. In order to gain Insight in Destiny 2, you first need to progress through the "Toil and Trouble" questline. This is part of the introductory mission, so it's hard to miss. Then, once you've gained access to the Lectern of Divination in the HELM, the Deck of Whispers will show all your available arcana.
