And by "play as Godzilla," I mean you will be taller than the tallest building in Seaport City, and will have the ability to crush every building and build on the map by stepping on it or firing off Godzilla's laser breath. How to Get Insight in Destiny 2 to Unlock Opaque Cards

In order to gain Insight in Destiny 2, you first need to progress through the "Toil and Trouble" questline. This is part of the introductory mission, so it's hard to miss. Then, once you've gained access to the Lectern of Divination in the HELM, the Deck of Whispers will show all your available arcana.
