Xbox Exec Isn’t Freaking Out Over GTA 6 Presales https://ift.tt/P2BKkTb Grand Theft Auto 6 is under two months away, but the early sales numbers for the game are already starting to get out. According to a sales tracker posted by Sensor Tower , GTA 6's PlayStation 5 presales are outnumbering Xbox Series X|S a ratio of more than 3:1. However, Xbox's Chief Strategy Officer Matthew Ball has refuted a report that Microsoft is unhappy about those sales numbers. In a message posted on X , Ball wrote, "We are very happy with GTA 6 pre-orders. During San Diego Comic-Con, Showtime shocked fans and announced a new Dexter TV show that brings back Michael C. Hall. Dexter: Resurrection, as it's called, is the next series from the franchise, which takes place in the present day.

The 2021 spin-off Dexter: New Blood ended with Dexter lying dead in the freezing cold snow. But Dexter didn't actually die, it seems.

"I don't know what I am authorized to say other than, it's really cold out there," Hall told Variety. Whereas the original Dexter series was set in Miami, New Blood took the series to a much-colder climate. The setting and story for Resurrection is unknown for now.
