Between Joker: Folie à Deux, The Penguin, and Batman: Caped Crusader, 2024 has already been a banner year for DC's Dark Knight. But now, it's Robin's turn to take the spotlight. Or more accurately, the Robins' turn, since Batman's first two sidekicks, Dick Grayson and Jason Todd, are getting their own animated origin movie called Dynamic Duo.

Via Deadline, The Batman director Matt Reeves is producing Dynamic Duo--which has no connection to his Batman Epic Crime Saga universe--from a script by Matthew Aldrich. The animation will be handled by Arthur Mintz and Theresa Andersson's new studio, Swaybox. Mintz is also slated to direct the film.

DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn confirmed the news on social media shortly after the story broke.
