Funnily enough, it's possible to obtain hints about this particular task early in the campaign, especially if you're picking up all sorts of documents or notes in Blackshirt tents in the plaza. However, it's going to take a while before you could actually reach the location of the quest itself.

A Date to Remember quest location

A Date to Remember in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has a marker that shows a spot in the northern part of Vatican City. The door that leads to it, though, will only become accessible once you've met a supporting character named Gina. She'll give you another side quest called A Nun in Trouble, where she'll then unlock the Museum Wing for you.

Once you've made it all the way there, you'll see a tent near a garden with hedgerows. Inside this tent is a locked chest.

A Date to Remember puzzle clues

This particular puzzle can be a bit tricky, but you have to take note of the clues which are found in the tent itself:

• Code Lookup Table: Shows encircled numbers for Wednesday.
• Calendar Page: Notes that the shipment arrived on October 20th, a Wednesday.
• Secret Delivery Letter: Tells you a few important tidbits:
  • The code word for the table is "D-I-C-E."
  • However, the numerical code for Wednesday--4-7-1-8--does not work.
  • The date October 15 is also written down.

Based on the above information, it looks like one of the soldiers mixed up the schedule and codes. The code word is still "D-I-C-E," but the numbers that need to be used are for October 15, a Friday.
