Hades 2 Is Aiming For 60FPS On Switch 2, Will Launch As Nintendo Console Exclusive https://ift.tt/yfkx0gK Supergiant Games has revealed some new details about Hades 2, including the fact that it runs at 60fps on Switch 2. The game is also launching later this year on the upcoming system as a timed console exclusive (alongside Switch 1). "We learned so much from developing the original [Hades] on Nintendo Switch and we wanted to take those learnings forward to Nintendo Switch 2," explained studio director Amir Rao in a new Nintendo Creator's Voice video. "That meant for us being completely uncompromising when it comes to performance. We really really want our games to perform at 60fps." He added that the extra power from Switch 2 will allow the studio to push Hades 2's graphical features. After first airing in 2016, Stranger Things will finally end with the upcoming season five. Netflix is yet to give a firm release date for the finale, so if you’re looking to bide time ahead of its arrival, check out some of the many great deals on Stranger Things books at Amazon. Several graphic novel collections are discounted right now, as are various other books related to the sci-fi series. One of the best deals is for the Stranger Things Library Edition Volume 1, which is on sale for just $24.49 (was $40).

Stranger Things Library Edition Volume 1 is a hardcover collection that features two complete graphic novels, The Other Side and Science Camp, and it’s an excellent way to gain a new perspective on events from the hit show. The Other Side follows Will Byers after he’s pulled into a bizarre new realm where monsters track his every step. Science Camp features Dustin Henderson while at summer camp. Everything seems normal until the counselors mysteriously vanish and otherworldly creatures appear.

The action continues across Volumes Two and Three, both of which are available now and discounted at Amazon. A fourth volume will also launch on March 25 and is available for preorder. Like Volume One, these hardcover collections span over 200 pages and tell intriguing new tales about the show’s most iconic characters. It’s unclear how long the discounts will last, so check them out while you can.
