In 2010, the Japanese video game publisher filed a suit in Germany against BigBen Interactive--the previous incarnation of Nacon--over its third-party Wii Remote controllers. Now, the latest ruling has unequivocally gone in Nintendo's favor. As reported by Games Fray , the Mannheim Regional Court has reaffirmed the ruling that Nintendo is owed damages of over €4 million plus interest. Because Nacon fought the ruling, that interest has increased the total fee to just under €7 million. Lego Fortnite has pulled in millions of players since it launched a week ago, but this game is still very much in its infancy. It's shockingly polished for a brand-new game in 2023, but it's also kind of an overall barebones experience right now, without much in the way of a long-term endgame. There's a lot to enjoy here, but to what end?

For now, it's all about pushing the limits of what Lego Fortnite can do in its current state. And in that current state, one of the biggest concerns is travel--it takes a long time to get places, and it's likewise pretty inconvenient to have to haul resources all over the map with only your personal inventory for storage. There's no fast travel, and so the best form of travel that's officially provided by the game is a glider, which will get you around quickly but doesn't help with the need to efficiently move resources around.

That's why a lot of folks have been toiling away in sandbox mode to figure out a way to transport materials in a vehicle that's been cobbled together from the parts the game provides.
